What is Row Raw Active Wear Exchange Policy?
In order to avoid double handling due to Covid-19, we are making all the necessary preparations and do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene issues.

As a result of our fast turnaround time, orders cannot be canceled.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been packed and shipped. In the event your tracking code has not been updated or is invalid, please contact helprowraw@gmail.com for more information.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
If your package does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at helprowraw@gmail.com, provide your order and tracking number. We use an AusPost tracking code for all orders, and we will follow up until this issue is resolved.
